Not sure what to think

So my temperature is not going up anymore...it is going up and down...so I am not sure what to think of it.

Here is a recap of where it has been:

For four days, it went up, but then it went down and now back up again.  This is the first time that I have consistenly charted my temperature, so I am not sure what to think about that.  I will have to research it a little more to see what that means.
